Bretixemx offers guidance services in financial literacy, social support, and personalized consulting aimed at individuals residing in Mexico. The services provided through the Site are informational and advisory in nature. Bretixemx is not a financial institution regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) and does not offer financial products such as credits, insurance, or investments. Our work focuses exclusively on financial education and guidance.
3. Use of the Site
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with applicable Mexican law, these Terms, morality, and good customs. The following is prohibited: (a) using the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; (b) attempting to access restricted areas of the Site without authorization; (c) reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any part of the Site without express authorization from Bretixemx; (d) transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party rights.

Bretixemx's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bretixemx regarding the use of the Site.
